    FLUFFY LIME SALAD

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple
    • 1 package lime gelatin (3oz)
    • 3 tablespoons water
    • 2 (3oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup chopped nuts
    • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
    • 1 cup whipping cream whipped


    Instructions


    1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice: set the pineapple aside.
    2. In a saucepan, combine gelatin, water and reserved juice. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
    3. Refrigerate until syrupy, about 30 minutes.
    4. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy
    5. Stir in gelatin mixture, nuts, marshmallows, and reserved pineapple

    6. Fold in the whipped cream
    7. Transfer to a 1 quart serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set
    8. YIELD: 9 SERVINGS.
