- 1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream
- 2 medium bananas, peeled and finely chopped
- 1(20 ounce) can crushed pineapple drained
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 (10 ounce) jars maraschino cherries
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 dash salt
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Instructions
- in a large bowl, combine sour cream, bananas, pineapple, sugar, cherries, lemon juice, salt and pecans.
- Spoon into a 13x9x2 glass pan
- Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight, let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
- Yields 8 servings
