    List of Ingredients


    • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 2 tablespoons apricot jam or preserves
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 3/4 cup sliced fresh or canned peaches


    Instructions


    1. In a small saucepan, mix cornstarch and water until smooth.

    2. Add jam, sugar and lemon juice, bring to a boil.

    3. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes, reduce heat.

    4. Add peaches, heat through.

    5. Sevre over ice cream or cake.

    6. Yield; 3/4 cup
