    List of Ingredients


    • 9 cups Chex cereal (any variety)
    • 1 package semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
    • 1/2 cup peanut butter
    • 1/4 cup margarine or butter*
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 1/2 cups powder sugar
    • * DO NOT USE SPREAD OR TUB PRODUCTS*


    Instructions


    1. Measure cereal into large bowl; set aside.
    2. Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and margarine in 1 quart microwaveable bowl, uncovered on high for 1 minute.Stir
    3. Microwave 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth.
    4. Stir in vanilla.
    5. Pour chocolate mixture over ceral in bowl, stirring until evenly coated.
    6. Pour into large plastic food storage bag; add powder sugar.
    7. Make sure bag is sealed and shake until well coated.
    8. Spread on wax paper to cool.
    9. Store in air tight container in refrigerator.
    10. Makes 9 cups of snack.
