TOPPINGS: CORN CHIPS, SHREDDED LETTUCE, CHOPPED TOMATO, SOUR CREAM, & SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU CAN THINK OF.
List of Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 large onion chopped
- 3 (15.5 oz) can Mexican style beans undrained
- 1 (15oz) can whole kernel corn undrained
- 1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (14oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1 envelope Ranch style dressing mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
Instructions
- Cook beef and onions in a Dutch oven over meduim heat until meat is brownand onions are tender, stirring until meat crumbles; DRAIN
- Stir beans and next 7 ingredients into beef mixture; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Spoon into bowls and used desired toppings and enjoy.
