    6 Squid (12 if small)
    1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
    2 teaspoons melted butter
    2 cups bread crumbs or cubes
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 onion, chopped

    Recipe



    Method:-

    Clean squid by removing tentacles and skin. Clean out inside.
    Wash thoroughly and sprinkle with salt.
    Make a dressing by combining poultry seasoning, butter, bread and onion.
    Stuff the squid, adding strips of fat pork to each squid.
    Place the squid on skewers and close the ends.
    Wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 3/4 of an hour in a preheated 350F oven.

    NOTE:- Instead of the strips of fat pork, I put a strip of bacon around each squid before I wrap in the foil.
