Scallops & Tomatoes W/ Angel Hair Pasta

List of Ingredients
1 - 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 and 1/2 pounds bay scallops
3 oz. real bacon bits
2 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2/3 cup ripe olives, sliced
1 pound angel hair pastaRecipe
Heat oil in as skillet and brown garlic slightly. Add thyme, flour and salt and pepper stirring constantly until smooth. Add scallops, bacon bits and tomatoes and cook until scallops are done.
Add wine, parsley and olives and heat for several more minutes.
Serve over cooked angel hair pasta.
If you don't like or cannot find scallops then you can substitute shrimp or crabmeat.
