    4 Squares of unsweetened chocolate
    1-1/2 cups icing sugar
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    2 egg yolks
    3 tablespoons cream
    Pinch of salt
    teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe



    Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Add sugar and cream, then cornstarch.
    Lastly add egg yolks. Remove from heat and beat.
