    Betty's MILD Italian Sausage

    My own invention.

    List of Ingredients




    11 to 12 lbs. ground pork (make sure at least 1 lb of it is fat)
    3 tablespoons mild hungarian paprika
    6 teaspoons salt
    1 tablespoon black pepper
    4 to 6 bay leaves (crumbled fine)
    10 to 15 cloves of garlic (depending on your taste - I always say you can't have too much garlic).
    1/2 teaspoon marjoram
    3 cups water.

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients well. Test by frying a tiny bit, taste and if not right adjust to your own liking. Remember You can add but can't take away.
    Put into casings or form into patties.
    Freeze in batches to make a meal. Enjoy.
