No Cheese Cheesecake

Recipe Introduction
A delicious dessert that I made when I was in weight watchers. My kids liked it so much I made it for everyone. Grandchildren love it also.
List of Ingredients
1-1/2 cups crushed pineapple in it's own juice (drain, but save the juice)
1-1/2 cups dry milk powder
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon butter salt OR plain table salt
4 packages artificial sweetener
2 packages unflavoured gelatin
1/2 cup boiling waterRecipe
Place all ingredients, except pineapple juice and gelatin, in a blender.
Dissolve gelatin in the pinapple juice, then stir in 1/2 cup boiling water.
Add this to dry ingredients already in the blender. Blend well.
Pour into a lightly greased or sprayed 8-inch quare cake pan, set in fridge to firm.
If desired, more fruit may be added (such as fresh strawberries or raspberries), by placing them on top after you pour mixture into the pan.
4 servings for weight watchers, 8 if you have to share with family.
