Sweet & Sour Spare Ribs
Source of Recipe

Recipe Introduction
I got this original recipe from the above newspaper. It calls for ribs, but I have made it with chicken and pieces of boneless pork. I also serve with steamed rice or fried rice.
I have to save it as the newspaper cookbook is falling apart, and it is one of my families favourite recipes.

1-1/2 to 2 pounds spare ribs
2 eggs, beaten
