Crabmeat Dip

Recipe Introduction

Mom used to make this every Christmas-eve. Now I do.

List of Ingredients

1 8 oz Philly cream cheese

1 stick butter

1 lb of lump crabmeat

1 small finely chopped onion

a couple of dashes of tabasco

dash of garlic powde

little bit of cayenne pepper

perhaps a little Tony-C's to taste


Recipe

Saute onions in butter until soft; melt cheese; add rest of ingredients.

Serve warm; I use a small crock-pot.
