Big Al's Chicken in Creamy White Pan Sau

List of Ingredients
*4 small boneless skinless chicken breast
(cut into nugget size pieces)
*2 tbsp olive oil
* ½ to ¾ cup of chicken broth
* 4 ounces of Cream Cheese
* 1 to 2 Tbsp of dry parsley
* cayenne (dash)
* a little thyme
* a couple of shakes of hot sauce
Recipe
In a skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in oil until done. Set chicken aside & cover. Add chicken broth & scrape of the good stuff on the bottom of the skillet. Add cream cheese (cubed). When melted, add parsley, cayenne, thyme, and hot sauce. Stir around for a little bit. Return the chicken to the sauce & stir around until coated. Give the chicken a couple of minutes to soak up the great flavor.
Serve in some fancy dish with a little more parsley or other garnish sprinkled on top.
