    2 16 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)
    10 eggs
    2 small chans of jalapenos (chopped)

    Recipe



    In a greased 9 X 12 baking dish alternate layers of cheese and peppers. Beat eggs. Pour over layers. Bake at 350 until firm when you shake pan.
