APPLE NUT HARVEST CAKE

I prefer Granny Smith or Pippin Apples
List of Ingredients
4 c. Rome apples, peeled & chopped
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. nuts, choppedRecipe
Mix apples, sugar and cooking oil; let stand 1 hour. Sift
together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, soda and salt.
Add eggs to apple mixture. Blend in dry ingredients by hand.
Work in nuts. Bake in Bundt pan for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
Can also be baked in loaf pan.
