For a quick and easy cobbler!
Place any kind of fruit pie filling into bottom of pan ( I use
a square corning ware dish---& my favorite fruit is cherry )
Break up white sandwich bread into small pieces and spread over
fruit, ( cover it good )
Mix 1 egg beaten--1 cup sugar--1/2 cup butter or marg. melted. (
mix together good )
Pour over bread. Bake at 350 until golden brown. About 45
minutes... very good
