Lemon Icebox pie

Recipe Introduction
Can be made in a 9x13 in. cake pan, so double the
recipe. But this recipe is for a single pie.
List of Ingredients
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
Yolk of 2 eggs
1/2 box graham cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter (melted)
Recipe
Pour butter over the crumbs & fit into a pie pan & extend up the
sides. Bake at 350 for about 8 min.
Meanwhile, mix lemon juice in with the eagle brand milk then
blend in the beaten egg yolks. Pour into the baked graham
cracker crust. Beat the egg whites (I would use 3 egg whites)
as I like more meringue. Then bake in over 425 untill the
meringue browns lightly. Chill
If you want it to last longer or for a larger crowd, just double
or triple the recipe.
