    These are nice and light and not too sweet.Easy to amend too.

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups margarine
    2 cups confectioners' sugar
    4 cups flour
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe



    Cream together the margarine and sugar.
    Stir in vanilla and flour.
    Roll small walnut-sized pieces into balls and flatten with a fork on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350° until brown.
    Makes about 2-4 dozen.
