Sweet 'n Sour Meatballs

1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg. egg
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
Sweet 'N Sour Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup lukewarm water
Directions:
Mix ground beef together with egg and breadcrumbs. Roll into balls and place in roaster. Set aside.
On stovetop, heat in pot ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. In a cup, dissolve cornstarch in lukewarm water. Add to sauce and stir until sauce is thickened. Pour sauce over meatballs.
Bake at 350°F for approximately 1-1/2 hours, until it bubbles thoughout. Pour over rice and veggies.
