    Zucchini Muffins

    List of Ingredients




    1 carrot cake mix
    1 egg
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1/4 cup oil
    1 1/2 cup zucchini (shredded)
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup pecans

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together.

    Put in muffin pan, filling cups half full.

    Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees
