    Lovely soup for a cold winter night.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups water
    • 2 cups diced potatoes
    • 1/2 cup diced carrots
    • 1/2 cup diced celery
    • 1/4 cup onions
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • Dash thyme
    • 1/4 stick butter
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 2 cups milk
    • 2 cups Cheese (cheddar)
    • One whole cooked chicken


    Instructions


    1. Blend all together
    2. Cook over low temperature for 2 hours
