- 1 ( 8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup picante sauce
- 1 ( 8 oz.) pkg. imitation crabmeat, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup thinly slice green onions
- 2 tblsp. diced fresh tomato
- 3 tblsp. sliced ripe olives
- 2 tblsp. minced fresh cilantro
- chips, crackers or assorted vegetables
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and picante sauce until blended. Add crab, cheese, and onions, mix well. Cover and refrigerate until served. Transfer to serving bowl. Sprinkle with olives, tomatoes and cilantro.
