- 7 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6-8 slices bacon
- 8 frozen hashbrown patties
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
Instructions
- Place hashbrowns in a single layer in a greased 9x13 dish. Cook bacon and crumble . Sprinkle hashbrowns with cheese and bacon. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard. Pour over all. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Uncover, bake 15 minutes longer or until golden brown.
Final Comments
Can use sausage, cooked.
