• 1 box yellow cake mix
  
• 1 small pkg. instant coconut pudding
  
• 1 1/3 cups water
  
• 4 eggs
  
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  
• 1 1/3 cups angel flake coconut
  
• 1 cup chopped nuts
  
• FROSTING:
  
• 1/3 cup margarine
  
• 2 ( 3 oz. size) cream cheese
  
• 1 lb. bag powdered sugar
  
• 4 tsp. milk
  
• 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
  
• 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
  






Instructions



1. Beat the eggs first, then add the cake mix, pudding mix, water and oil. Blend on med. speed for 4 minutes. Fold in coconut and chopped nuts. Pour batter into a sprayed 10 inch angel food cake pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Cool on rack for 15 minutes, then remove from pan and set on a cake plate. For frosting, beat the margarine and cream cheese. Alternately add milk and powdered sugar, beating well after each addition. Add coconut flavoring. Frost tops and sides of cake and sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups of flaked coconut
