Uncle Ben's Rice



List of Ingredients



• 1 cup Uncle Ben's instant rice
  
• 1 lb. beef top sirloin, cut into thin strips
  
• 1/2 cup red bell pepper cut into thin strips
  
• 1/2 cup carrot cut into coins
  
• 1 cup snow peas
  
• 1/2 cup prepared lite teriyaki sauce
  
• nonstick cooking spray
  






Instructions



1. Cook rice according to package directions. Spray nonstick skillet. Add beef and cook 3-4 minutes or until almost completely cooked. Add vegetables and teriyaki sauce. Serve stir fry with rice.
