    Slow Cooker Tex-Mex Chicken

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" wide strips
    • 2 tblsp. Taco Bell taco seasoning mix
    • 2 tblsp. flour
    • 1 green pepper, cut into 1" wide strips
    • 1 red sweet pepper, cut into 1" wide strips
    • 1 cup frozen corn
    • 1 1/2 cups Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
    • 1 cup Mexican style shredded four cheese


    Instructions


    1. Toss chicken with seasoning and flour in slow cooker. Stir in all remaining ingredients except the cheese, cover with lid. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Stir just before serving. Top with cheese.
