Salmon Patties with Yogurt Dill Sauce

List of Ingredients
- Salmon Patties:
- 1-15 oz. can Salmon, bones & cartilege removed
- 1-cup Zucchini, shredded
- 4-TBS dry Bread Crumbs
- 2-TBS Onion, minced
- 2-egg whites/or one whole egg if not watching cholesterol
- 1Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- Vegetable cooking spray
- Yogurt Dill Sauce:
- 1-Cup Yogurt, plain nonfat
- 4-TBS Mayonnaise
- 2-TBS Onion, finely chopped
- 2-Tsp Dried Dill Weed
Instructions
- Prepare the Yogurt Dill Sauce by combining and blending
well the sauce ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.
- Combine all, except the cooking spray, the Salmon Patty ingredients in a medium to large bowl and mix well.
- Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
Shape the patties one at a time and add to the skillet.
Cook over medium high heat for 5-8 minutes or until
cooked thoroughly, turning once during cooking.
- Serve with the Yogurt Dill Sauce spooned on top.
