    List of Ingredients


    • Salmon Patties:
    • 1-15 oz. can Salmon, bones & cartilege removed
    • 1-cup Zucchini, shredded
    • 4-TBS dry Bread Crumbs
    • 2-TBS Onion, minced
    • 2-egg whites/or one whole egg if not watching cholesterol
    • 1Tsp Salt
    • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
    • Vegetable cooking spray
    • Yogurt Dill Sauce:
    • 1-Cup Yogurt, plain nonfat
    • 4-TBS Mayonnaise
    • 2-TBS Onion, finely chopped
    • 2-Tsp Dried Dill Weed


    Instructions


    1. Prepare the Yogurt Dill Sauce by combining and blending
      well the sauce ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.
    2. Combine all, except the cooking spray, the Salmon Patty ingredients in a medium to large bowl and mix well.
    3. Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
      Shape the patties one at a time and add to the skillet.
      Cook over medium high heat for 5-8 minutes or until
      cooked thoroughly, turning once during cooking.
    4. Serve with the Yogurt Dill Sauce spooned on top.


    Final Comments
