    Charley's BBQ Sauce for Roast Pork

    List of Ingredients


    • 2-cups Cidar Vinegar
    • 2-cups Catsup
    • 2-cups Mustard
    • 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
    • Hot Sauce to taste
    • Salt to taste


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.Refrigerate any leftover sauce. Will keep quite a while if kept sealed securely.



    Final Comments


    Traditionally served heated with shredded pork BBQ.
    Also used as a table sauce for BBQ sandwiches and
    pork BBQ entree.
