French bread Fondue

1 LARGE ROUND FRENCH BREAD
2 LARGE CREAM CHEESE
2 CANS OF CRAB
OR
3 61/2 OZ. CLAMS (RESERVE 1/4 CUP LIQUID)
2tsp. ONION JUICE
1/2 CUP MAYO (OPT)
2T. MUSTARD (OPT)
2tsp. 10X SUGAR
1/4 CUP WINE
OR
2T.BEER,2tsp.WORCEST.& 2tsp.LEMON JUICE
HOT PEPPER SAUCE (OPT)
Recipe
CUT TOP OFF BREAD AND CUT AROUND INSIDE ABOUT 1/4" FROM SIDES. CUT INTERIOR CIRLE IN QUARTERS AND REMOVE WITH A FORK. WITH FINGERS REMOVE MORE OF SIDES BUT MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE THE BOTTOM AT LEAST 1/4" FOR SUPPORT. LIGHTLY BUTTER THE INSIDES OF BREAD BOWL OR SPRAY.
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A SAUCE PAN OVER LOW HEAT.
FILL THE BREAD, REPLACE TOP AND WRAP TIGHTLY IN FOIL.
BAKE 250 FOR 3 HOURS.
FEEL FREE TO USE 3 CREAM CHEESE.
