    Creamed Round Steak

    List of Ingredients




    Round Steak
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can of milk
    1/2 TBS minced onion
    flour
    salt
    pepper

    Recipe



    Coat round steak with four, salt and pepper. Brown steak in a frying pan that has oil in it. Put the steak into a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Add soup, milk and minced onion to pan brownings. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour over steak and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hours.
