    Can be alcoholic or non-alcoholic.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 small box instant french vanilla pudding mix
    • 1 cup fat-free (skim) milk
    • 1/2 cup amaretto, or amaretto syrup
    • 1 small tub of fat-free cool whip (thawed)


    Instructions


    1. Mix ingredients together in order given, make sure each item is throughly mixed efore adding next ingredient.
    2. Serve with fruit.
