BLT Pinwheels

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, or salad dressing
- 1 3oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons thick-and-chunckhy salsa
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 10-inch flour tortillas, spinach-flavor, tomato-flavor, or plain
- 3 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped (1cup)
- 1 1/2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
Instructions
- Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, salsa and mustard in small bowl until blended.
- Stir in bacon.
- Spread bacon mixture evenly over tortillas.
- Top with tomatoes and lettuce.
- Tightly roll up tortillas.
- Wrap tortilla rolls individually in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate at least one hour but no longer than eight hours.
- Cut into 1-inch slices; secure with toothpick
- About 30 appetizers.
