    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise, or salad dressing
    • 1 3oz. package cream cheese, softened
    • 2 tablespoons thick-and-chunckhy salsa
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
    • 3 10-inch flour tortillas, spinach-flavor, tomato-flavor, or plain
    • 3 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped (1cup)
    • 1 1/2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded


    Instructions


    1. Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, salsa and mustard in small bowl until blended.
    2. Stir in bacon.
    3. Spread bacon mixture evenly over tortillas.
    4. Top with tomatoes and lettuce.
    5. Tightly roll up tortillas.
    6. Wrap tortilla rolls individually in plastic wrap.
    7. Refrigerate at least one hour but no longer than eight hours.
    8. Cut into 1-inch slices; secure with toothpick
    9. About 30 appetizers.
