Cherry Tomato Canape

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup swiss cheese, grated
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup minced green onions
- 6 tables minced green peppers
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, washed and sliced
- 1 loaf party rye or pumpernickel bread
Instructions
- combine first seven ingredients. Set aside.
- Toast bread on one side.
- Spread other side with additional mayonnaise.
- Top with tomato slice and cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle on bacon.
- Bake until buggly and brown @ 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
