    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 skinless boneless chicken breast, (4 oz), cooked finely chopped
    • 1/2 - 8oz. package neufchatel cheese (1/3 less fat than cream cheese), softened
    • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
    • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
    • 45 Ritz Reduced Fat crackers


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients except crackers; cover.
    2. Refrigerate at least one hour to blend flavors.
    3. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the chicken mixture onto each cracker just before serving.


    Final Comments


    Makes 15 servings, 3 topped crackers each.
