    You can make the crumbs in advance and freeze them. You can add chocolate chips.

    Use a box cake mix to make the bottom level - use a bigger pan then the box calls for - this recipe is for one box cake mix in a large cookie sheet.

    Prepare the cake mix as written on the box. Cook for about 2/3 of the time. Add crumb mixture below. Cook for the the remaining 1/3 of the time on the cake mix box. The crumbs will turn a bit darker around the edges when they are done.


    List of Ingredients


    • Crumbs
    • Combine with spoon or hands:
    • 6 sticks melted margerine
    • 1 1/3 cup brown sugar
    • 1 1/3 cup sugar
    • 8 cups of flour
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla
    • dash of cinnamon


    Instructions


    1. Make crumbs and sprinkle on the partially done cake.
    2. Cook for the remaining time
    3. Top with confectionary sugar.
    4. Add chocolate chips to crumbs and cake for variety.
