Great at holiday time - dessert or breakfast
List of Ingredients
- Filling - 2 TBSP Margerine
- Filling - 8 oz. cream cheese - softened
- Filling - 1 cup confectioners sugar
- Filling 3/4 tsp. vanilla
- Cake
- 3 large eggs
- 2/3 cup plain pumpkin (small can no spices)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 cup flower
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line a 10x15 cookie sheet with wax paper.
- Mix all Filling ingredients. - cream . put in refrigerator until needed.
- Mix all cake ingredients until well blended. Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Turn onto LINEN towel sprinkled with granulated sugar.
- Remove wax paper **
- Roll up like jully roll WITH towel.
- Let cool 20-30 minutes.
- Unroll and spread with filing,roll back up without towel
- Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate.
- ** roll towel right up with cake. Do not roll cake alone or it will break
- Makes 1 roll.
