List of Ingredients
- 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 1/2 pounds ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- copped parsley
- 1 quart Italian cooking sauce
- 1 pound italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 3 cups shredded mozzerella cheese
- 4 teaspoons Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Combine ricotta, parmesan cheese, eggs and parsley.
- Spread pan (9x13) with one cup sauce and top with three noodles.
- Top with half of ricotta mixture.
- Top with cup of sauce, a generous handful of sausage and half of the mozzeralla cheese.
- Add another layer of noodles.
- Continue layering with rest of ricotta mixture, cup of sauce, sausage and mozzarella.
- Top with final three noodles and last of sauce. Sprinkle top with four tablespoons of parmesan cheese.
- Place a piece of waxed paper over top and cover tightly with foil to store in refrigerator.
- Remove wax paper and bake at 375 degees covered for 50-60 minutes
- Uncover and cook 5 minutes.
- Let stand for 15 minutes.
