    List of Ingredients


    • 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
    • 1 1/2 pounds ricotta cheese
    • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 3 eggs
    • copped parsley
    • 1 quart Italian cooking sauce
    • 1 pound italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
    • 3 cups shredded mozzerella cheese
    • 4 teaspoons Parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Combine ricotta, parmesan cheese, eggs and parsley.
    2. Spread pan (9x13) with one cup sauce and top with three noodles.
    3. Top with half of ricotta mixture.
    4. Top with cup of sauce, a generous handful of sausage and half of the mozzeralla cheese.
    5. Add another layer of noodles.
    6. Continue layering with rest of ricotta mixture, cup of sauce, sausage and mozzarella.
    7. Top with final three noodles and last of sauce. Sprinkle top with four tablespoons of parmesan cheese.
    8. Place a piece of waxed paper over top and cover tightly with foil to store in refrigerator.
    9. Remove wax paper and bake at 375 degees covered for 50-60 minutes
    10. Uncover and cook 5 minutes.
    11. Let stand for 15 minutes.


    Final Comments


    Layers:
    Sauce, 3 noodles, 1/2 ricotta, sauce, 1/2 of sausage.
    1/2 of mozzarella, 3 noodles, 1/2 of ricotta, sauce, 1/2 of sausage
    1/2 of mozzarella, 3 noodles, sauce, parmesan (top layer)
