List of Ingredients
1 egg white
1 tsp cold water
4 c pecans ( or nut of your choice )
1/2 c Splenda ( or other artificial sweetener )
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Recipe
Whip egg white and cold water until foamy (not stiff). Add nuts and stir to coat. Mix remaining ingredients in large ziploc bag. Toss coated nuts in dry mix that you created in the ziploc bag. Bake on greased cookie sheet @ 200 degrees for 1 hour stirring every 1/2 hour.
