    Meatloaf

    This is my mom's recipe and it is the best!!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1.5lbs ground beef
    • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
    • 1 egg
    • 1 onion
    • 1/2 cup frozen peas
    • 1 can mushrooms
    • 1 pckge Kraft Sidekicks
    • Ketchup


    Instructions


    1. Mix first 7 ingredients together.
    2. Put in a casserole dish.
    3. Cover top of beef mixture with ketchup or bbq sauce.
    4. Cover and microwave on high for approx. 25 minutes. Make sure it is cooked throughout before serving.


    Final Comments
