They are by far the best!!!! List of Ingredients 1/2 cup Brown suger, packed. 1/2 cup Corn syrup 3 tbsp. Butter or hard margarine, softened. 1 Large egg. 1/2 cup Raisins. 2 tbsp Medium coconut. 11/2 tsp Vinegar Pinch of salt. 12 unbaked pastry shells; or 24 mini shells.( I buy mine) Instructions Cream brown sugar, syrup, and butter well in a bowl. Add egg, raisins, coconut, vinegar, and salt. Stir well. Divide among shells. Bake in 375F oven for 20 minutes for regular size; 10-15 minutes for miniture size. Final Comments These are much sweeter than regular butter tarts, but they please everyone!!!
