Black Angus Cheesy Garlic Bread

List of Ingredients

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves of garlic, crushed or minced
1 sourdough baguette, halved lengthwise
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Cook's note: Always keep butter and mayonnaise ratio 1:1. Other ingredients can be adjusted according to taste.



Recipe

1. Stir together butter, mayonnaise and garlic. Spread thickly on cut sides of baguette.

2. Top with cheese. Place under broiler and broil until top is bubbly.
