    "I saw this recipe in a newsletter from a local Realtor," writes Sally Wasserman of Huntington Beach. "It was so good and easy to make and can be served warm or cold."

    List of Ingredients




    1 package yellow cake mix
    2 cups cold milk
    1 1/4 cups water
    2 packages (4-serving size) lemon instant pudding and pie filling
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    2 tablespoons powdered sugar

    Recipe



    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Prepare cake mix as directed on package and pour into greased 13-by-9 baking dish.
    3. Pour milk and water into large bowl.
    4. Add dry pudding mixes and granulated sugar and beat with whisk two minutes or until well blended.
    5. Pour over cake batter in dish.
    6. Place baking dish on baking sheet to catch drippings, as mixture does bubble.
    7. Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    8. Cool in pan 20 minutes. (Mixture will thicken slightly as it cools.)
    9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    10. Spoon onto serving dishes.
