    1 Angel Food cake loaf, sliced thin (about 16 slices). I freeze it first and then it slices better. I also have used the round angel food cake and just don't use the whole thing, only about 3/4 of it.
    1 can Eagle Brand (I used the nonfat one)
    2 regular size tubs of cool whip (I used nonfat)
    Juice of 3 lemons
    1 tsp grated lemon rind
    Few drops yellow food coloring.

    Recipe



    Mix Eagle brand, lemon, rind and food coloring well, then softly blend in cool whip -- I use a mixer.
    Place half cake slices in 9x13 pan, top with half filling mix and then repeat. I freeze for 4 hours although it calls for just keeping it in the frig overnight. Just before serving top with toasted almond slices.
