1 box yellow cake mix
1 can Mandarin oranges (do not drain)
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 9oz Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple (drained!).

Mandarin Orange Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can Mandarin oranges (do not drain)
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil


Beat well about 5 minutes
Bake in floured, greased pan @ 350 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Let Cool.


TOPPING
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 9oz Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple (drained!).
Mix well and spread on cake.
