This is my most requested recipe for after church services social hour!
List of Ingredients
1 box Duncan Hines yellow-butter cake mix
1 small box INSTANT coconut cream pudding
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
Recipe
Beat the eggs first, then add remainig ingredients and beat for 4 minutes. Set aside.
For the Topping combine:
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsps cinnamon (I use the McCormick's Saigon Cinnamon)
3/4 cup pecans, chopped
Pam sray a bundt pan. Pour one half the cake batter in pan, sprinkle half the topping mixture over that, add the remaining batter and then sprinkle remaining topping. Draw a knife gently through the batter to swirl it.
Bake at 350º for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool on cake rack for 20 minutes then turn out on a plate, right side up.
For the Fluffy Butter Frosting:
1/2 cup butter, softened to room temp
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
