1 package Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix
• 3/4 cup solid shortening
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup lemon juice



Recipe

1: Preheat oven to 375.
2: Stir dry cake mix and shortening together.
3: Add egg and lemon juice.
4: Stir until smooth.
5: Drop dough by the teaspoonful 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
6: Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375, or until golden brown.
7: Store in tight container.
