1 load size Angel Food Cake
1 Can Eagle Brand
4 Lemons
Yellow Food Coloring
2 regular size Cool Whips

Lemon Fluff
1 loaf size Angel food cake - freeze for several hours or longer and while
still frozen, sliced into 16-20 very thin slices with bread knife.
Place half of slices in 9x13 pan.
Filling:
1 can Eagle brand (I use fat free)
juice of 3-4 lemons and 1/2 to 1 tsp. lemon rind.
Mix above well with mixer. Add a couple drops yellow food coloring.
Fold in one very large cool whip or two regular size
cool whips (I use two).
Place half filling over cake slices and then
rest of cake slices and remainder of filling.
I usually freeze for a few hours or overnight but take out a half hour
or so before serving. Sprinkle toasted slivered almonds on top when serving.
