    Meatloaf

    Source of Recipe

    Net
    1 to 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
ground sausage - same amount as hamburger (this is packaged just like
hamburger and is in the meat area)
2 small cans diced tomatoes (I usually get the kind that are garlic and
    basil or something like that)
    1 green pepper (chopped)
1 onion (I usually use yellow onions) chopped
    3 cloves chopped garlic
    ketchup (I probably use about 1/2 C to 3/4 C
    2 eggs
cracker crumbs (I just crush some saltines with the rolling pin) maybe
    about 6-8 crackers approx.

Seasonings: It's hard for me to tell you how much seasoning. I just kinda
eyeball it. These are just guesses so if you think you need more or less
    use your judgment.

    salt
    pepper
    chili powder
    garlic salt or garlic powder

Special Brown Sauce - this is just what we call it to be funny

    1 C Brown sugar
ketchup 1/2 cup I would guess
    mustard - 2 tablespoons
Mix together and cook in the microwave for a few minutes just basically to
warm up. I pour this over the meatloaf on the plate when it's ready to
serve...not a ton because everyone can always add what they want to their plates.

You basically mix everything together, shape into a loaf and put into a
cake pan with about 1"inch of water on 350 for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. When
the meatloaf is just about ready top with some brown sauce.

I usually would have mashed potatoes and creamed peas with this.
