    5 Pie Crust

    List of Ingredients

    5 cups flour
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 cups shortening
    1 egg + water to make 3/4 cup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar

    Recipe

    Mix dry ingredients and shortening and blend with hands.
    Put egg in 1 cup measuring cup, add water to 3/4 cup mark, then add vinegar, mix. Add to flour mixture and mix well. Divide into 5 parts and roll out crusts. May be baked immediately or frozen for later use.
