List of Ingredients
One large loaf of sandwich white bread, toasted and diced into small pieces.
2 cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped celery
2 sticks unsalted butter
1 large can chicken with rice soup
1 small can salt free chicken broth
Recipe
In microwave cook butter, onion and celery until tender.
Mix above into toasted diced bread and place in greased 9x13 or little larger pan.
Pour chicken rice soup on top and mix slightly, I usually add 1/2 can or so of chicken broth so that dressing is well moistened but not dripping,.
I make it several hours ahead and let it sit. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes..
